Hypermax Ultimax Super Strength Forged High Alloy Connecting Rods
A set of 8 forged connecting rods with the center to center controlled within .002. Stronger than billet connecting rods and the powdered metal production rods currently being used. Lighter than stock rods up to 40 grams (When compared to factory powdered metal rods).
Refined grain 4340 aircraft quality forgings which are vacuum heat treated for optimum tensile and yield strength. Cryogenically treated to improve grain structure and shot peened for improved fatique life then magnafluxed for integrity.
ARP bolts.
Supports 2000 BHP on diesel fuel only.

Gasket bodies are made from steel sheet and covered in graphite composite material and a small rubber bead is applied around all areas with aircraft stainless combustion rings.

Stud Update: We have tested these gaskets with ARP head studs and found no extra sealing performance gain over factory bolts and our gaskets. If used, ARP installation instructions must be followed.
Stacking of boxes will also fail the gasket. This means using an in-line programmer along with programming the factory PCM. This is due to the extreme timing advance that is produced by both modifications.
Warranty: There is no warranty with this product, if the kit fails it is due to installation error or operator error. If you have more than 500 BHP or stack boxes the gaskets will fail. We have hundreds of hours of testing and they do not fail when used in the manner which they are designed.

A special 3 ring system keeps cylinder pressure leakage from failing the gasket body. Machining is required. This gasket kit is reusable and will take in excess of 140 psi of boost.

7.3L Powerstroke Crankcase Engine Girdle Bedplate, designed to strengthen the lower end of your powerstroke. This unique cast bedplate ties the main bearing caps to the engine oil pan rail. Prevents cap movement and fretting of the mating components. Similar to the 6.0L powerstroke bedplate design to tie the bottom end of the crankcase for the ultimax support.
Without this kind of added support the crankcase will fail in the bulkhead sections.
You will need to modify your oil pan to utilize this product. Comes complete with mounting hardware and instructions.
